Founded & Grounded offers reality, reassurance & inspiration for the startup community through the experiences of guest entrepreneurs. It focuses on the reality of growing a business, warts and all, offering a reminder to listeners that they're not alone in riding this rollercoaster.
The podcast was co-produced/presented with business start-up consultant Ollie Collard (enterpriseorchard.co.uk). It's been running since October 2019 and, with over 7000 global downloads across 50 episodes to date, Founded & Grounded recently embarked on a fourth series.

Vana Talks
Created with Vana Resourcing, a Bath-based boutique recruitment consultancy, Vana Talks interviewed senior figures from the corporate world on their businesses, and the challenges around talent and people management therein.
As a specialist HR company, the podcast gave Vana a forum to discuss topical issues with industry leadership, and also an opportunity to raise their own profile with a wider audience in addition to other marketing activity.
The Digital Hospital
Created for North Bristol NHS Trust, The Digital Hospital
seeks to de-mystify the technological transformation of patient care through the voices of clinicians who are partners in this change.
The podcast also presented another way of sharing information with busy patient-facing staff who turn to - and rely on - their smartphones for news.
